Vestas hat von Infinergy UK einen 108-MW-Auftrag zur Stromversorgung des Limekiln-Projekts in Großbritannien erhalten.

(WK-intern) – Der Auftrag umfasst die Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme von 24 V136-4,5-MW-Turbinen mit einer Spitzenhöhe von 150 m sowie einen 20-jährigen Servicevertrag für Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000).

Der Standort liegt etwa 13 Meilen westlich von Thurso in den schottischen Highlands.

Die Lieferung und Installation der Windkraftanlagen wird voraussichtlich im zweiten Quartal 2024 erfolgen, die Inbetriebnahme ist für das dritte Quartal 2024 geplant.

Vestas wins 108 MW order for a wind project in Scotland

Vestas has received a 108 MW order from Infinergy UK to power the Limekiln project in the United Kingdom.

The order includes supply, installation, and commissioning of 24 V136-4.5 MW turbines at a tip height of 150m, as well as a 20-year Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000) service agreement.

The site is located around 13 miles west of Thurso in the Scottish Highlands.

The delivery and installation of the wind turbines are expected to occur in the second quarter of 2024 with the commissioning scheduled for the third quarter of 2024.
