Gurit (SIX Swiss Exchange: GURN) – Der Verwaltungsrat der Gurit Holding AG hat Dr. Javier Perez Freije zum neuen Chief Financial Officer (CFO) und Karen Glauser zur neuen Group Head of Human Resources ernannt.

(WK-intern) – Javier wechselt per 1. Mai 2024 von der Mikron Gruppe zur Gurit Holding AG.

Er bringt Erfahrungen von Netstal Maschinen AG und Autoneum mit. Javier ist spanischer Staatsbürger und schloss sein Studium mit einem Master of Business Administration and Engineering an der Universität Siegen (Deutschland) und einem Ph.D. an der Universität St. Gallen ab.

Javier verfügt dank seiner umfassenden Finanzexpertise und seiner vielfältigen Erfahrung in verschiedenen Branchen über hervorragende Qualifikationen für die Position des CFO. Javier wird die Funktion des CFO der Gurit Holding AG von Philippe Wirth übernehmen, der Gurit Ende März 2024 verlassen wird.

Karen kam am 1. Februar 2024 von UPL Ltd zur Gurit Holding AG. Sie bringt frühere Erfahrungen von Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. und F. Hofmann La Roche AG mit. Karen ist Schweizer und neuseeländische Staatsbürgerin und schloss ihr Studium an der HEC (Paris) mit einem Master of Science ab.

Karen bringt umfangreiches Wissen und Kompetenz aus verschiedenen Branchen mit. Karen übernimmt die Funktion als Group Head of HR der Gurit Holding AG von Hannes Haueis, der Gurit Ende November 2023 verlassen hat.

Gurit (SIX Swiss Exchange: GURN) – The Board of Directors of Gurit Holding AG has appointed Dr. Javier Perez Freije as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Karen Glauser as the new Group Head of Human Resources.

Javier joins Gurit Holding AG from the Mikron Group as of May 1, 2024. He brings experience from Netstal Maschinen AG and Autoneum. Javier is a Spanish citizen and graduated with a Master of Business Administration and Engineering from the University of Siegen (Germany) and a PhD from the University of St. Gallen.

Javier possesses outstanding qualifications for the CFO position, thanks to his extensive expertise in Finance and his diverse experience in multiple industries. Javier will take on the function as CFO of Gurit Holding AG from Philippe Wirth who will leave Gurit end of March 2024.

Karen joined Gurit Holding AG from UPL Ltd on February 1, 2024. She brings previous experience from Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. and F. Hofmann La Roche AG. Karen is a Swiss and New Zealand citizen and graduated with a Master of Science from HEC (Paris).

Karen brings considerable knowledge and competence across diverse industries. Karen takes on the function as Group Head of HR of Gurit Holding AG from Hannes Haueis who left Gurit end of November 2023.
