Neuer Vertrag für „Normand Tonjer“

(WK-intern) – Solstad Offshore ASA (SOFF) freut sich, einen neuen Vertrag für das CSV „Normand Tonjer“ mit einem internationalen Kunden bekannt zu geben.

Der Vertrag hat eine feste Laufzeit von 18 Monaten mit der Möglichkeit einer Verlängerung um 2 x 180 Tage. Vertragsbeginn ist April 2024.

Die Geschäftsbedingungen sind vertraulich, entsprechen jedoch dem aktuellen Marktniveau für diesen Schiffstyp.

Normand Tonjer ist zu 55 % im Besitz von SOFF, der Rest wird von externen Aktionären gehalten.

New contract for “Normand Tonjer”

Solstad Offshore ASA (SOFF) is pleased to announce a new contract for the CSV “Normand Tonjer” with an international client. The contract has a duration of 18 months firm with the possibility of 2 x 180 days extension. Commencement of the contract is April 2024.

The commercial terms are confidential, but in line with current market levels for this type of vessel.

Normand Tonjer is owned 55% by SOFF with remaining ownership held by external shareholders.
