Vestas erhält 50-MW-Auftrag in Polen

(WK-intern) – Vestas behauptet seine führende Position auf dem polnischen Windmarkt und hat einen 50-MW-Auftrag von Passat Energy Sp z o.o.

Korytnica II ist eine Erweiterung des 83-MW-Projekts Korytnica I, das 25 Vestas-Turbinen vom Typ V126-3,3 MW umfasst.

Der Auftrag ergänzt die Aufträge von mehr als 4 GW, die Vestas in Polen für die Lieferung von Turbinen gesichert hat, eine branchenführende Bilanz.

Vestas wird bei Korytnica II 14 seiner V126-3,45-MW-Turbinen im 3,6-MW-Betrieb auf einer Nabenhöhe von 132 Metern liefern und installieren. Das Projekt Korytnica II wird von Vestas im Rahmen eines langfristigen Servicevertrags gewartet.

Die Auslieferungen an Korytnica II sollen im vierten Quartal 2022 beginnen, die vollständige Inbetriebnahme ist für Anfang 2023 geplant.

Das nordöstlich von Warschau gelegene Projekt wurde mit Unterstützung der vierten polnischen Contracts for Difference (CfD)-Auktion entwickelt.

Vestas wins 50 MW order in Poland

Maintaining its leadership position in the Polish wind market, Vestas has secured a 50 MW order from Passat Energy Sp z o.o, a special purpose vehicle wholly owned by Iberdrola Renovables Internacional S.A.U., for the Korytnica II project in central Poland.

Korytnica II is an extension of the 83 MW Korytnica I project, which comprises 25 V126-3.3 MW Vestas turbines. The order adds to the more than 4 GW in orders secured by Vestas in Poland for turbine supply, an industry-leading tally.

At Korytnica II, Vestas will supply and install 14 of its V126-3.45 MW turbines in 3.6 MW operating mode at a hub height of 132 metres. The Korytnica II project will be serviced by Vestas under a long-term service agreement.

Deliveries at Korytnica II are expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2022, while full commissioning is planned for beginning of 2023.

The project, which is located northeast of Warsaw, has been developed with support from Poland’s fourth Contracts for Difference (CfD) auction.
