(WK-intern) – MAILAND und EDINBURGH, Schottland – Renantis und Ventient Energy – im Besitz institutioneller Anleger, die von der Global Infrastructure Group von J.P. Morgan Asset Management beraten werden – geben heute bekannt, dass sie beabsichtigen, ihre Kräfte zu bündeln, um eines der größten Unternehmen zu gründen unabhängige Stromerzeuger (IPPs) im Bereich erneuerbarer Energien in Europa.

Mit insgesamt 4,2 GW installierter Leistung in über 200 Anlagen wird das integrierte Unternehmen zu einem der fünf größten europäischen Onshore-Wind-IPPs werden. Gemeinsam betreiben die Organisationen ein diversifiziertes Portfolio an Onshore-Windparks, Solaranlagen und Energiespeicheranlagen in neun Ländern in Europa und den USA.

Die Entwicklungspipeline der Unternehmen beläuft sich auf 18 GW und umfasst Onshore-Windenergie, schwimmende Offshore-Windenergie, Solar-PV, Energiespeicherung und grüne Wasserstoffprojekte. Die Unternehmen haben mit dem Integrationsprozess begonnen und gehen davon aus, im Jahr 2024 als gemeinsame Gruppe zu operieren.

Über 750 Renantis-Mitarbeiter und 250 von Ventient Energy werden eine Organisation bilden, die Mitarbeitern, Stakeholdern und Aktionären Größe, Chancen und vielfältiges Fachwissen bietet.

MILAN and EDINBURGH, Scotland – Renantis and Ventient Energy – owned by institutional investors advised by the Global Infrastructure group at J.P. Morgan Asset Management – today announce that they intend to join forces to form one of the largest renewable independent power producers (IPPs) in Europe.

With a total of 4.2 GW of installed capacity across over 200 plants, the integrated business will become one of the top five European onshore wind IPPs. Combined, the organisations operate a diversified portfolio of onshore wind farms, solar plants and energy storage facilities across nine countries in Europe and the USA.

The companies have begun the integration process and expect to operate as a combined group in 2024.
