Vestas hat von ENERTRAG einen Auftrag über V172-7.2 WM-Windturbinen für zwei Projekte in Brandenburg mit einer Gesamtleistung von 115 MW erhalten.

(WK-intern) – Es handelt sich um den bisher größten Auftrag für V172-7.2 MW-Turbinen für Vestas.

Angetrieben von der starken Dynamik in Deutschland hat Vestas‘ +7-MW-Windturbinen, bestehend aus den Modellen V162-7.2 MW und V172-7.2 MW, im Mai 2025 die Marke von 1 GW an festen Auftragseingängen überschritten, nachdem die ersten kommerziellen Installationen dieser Windturbinen erfolgreich abgeschlossen wurden.

Der Vertrag umfasst die Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme von zwölf V172-7,2-MW-Windkraftanlagen für das 86-MW-Projekt Malchow Ost sowie vier Windkraftanlagen desselben Typs für den 29-MW-Windpark Tantow 1. Nach Fertigstellung wird Vestas die Turbinen im Rahmen eines 25-jährigen Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000)-Servicevertrags warten, der eine optimale Leistung der Anlagen gewährleisten soll.

Die Auslieferung der Turbinen beginnt voraussichtlich im ersten Halbjahr 2027, die Inbetriebnahme soll im zweiten Halbjahr 2027 abgeschlossen sein.

Vestas wins 115 MW order in Germany for largest order of V172-7.2 MW turbines to date

Vestas has secured an order from ENERTRAG for V172-7.2 WM wind turbines for two projects in Brandenburg, Germany, totalling 115 MW. It is the largest order of V172-7.2 MW turbines to date for Vestas.

Led by strong momentum in Germany, Vestas’ +7MW wind turbines, consisting of the V162-7.2 MW and V172-7.2 MW, has surpassed 1 GW of firm order intake in May 2025 with the first commercial installations of these wind turbines successfully completed.

The agreement is for the supply, installation, and commissioning of twelve V172-7.2 MW wind turbines for the 86 MW Malchow Ost project, and four wind turbines of the same type for the 29 MW Tantow 1 wind farm. Upon completion, Vestas will service the turbines under a 25-year Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000) service agreement designed to ensure optimised performance of the assets.

Turbine delivery is expected to begin in the first half of 2027 with commissioning scheduled for completion in the second half of 2027.
