Vestas hat einen Auftrag über 254 MW für den Betrieb eines nicht genannten Windprojekts in Australien erhalten.

(WK-intern) – Der Auftrag umfasst 41 Windenergieanlagen vom Typ V162-6,2 MW der EnVentus-Plattform.

Vestas übernimmt außerdem das Engineering, die Beschaffung und den Bau (EPC) der Turbinen sowie einen 30-jährigen Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000)-Servicevertrag, der die Leistung der Anlagen optimieren soll.

Die Lieferung der Windturbinen von Vestas wird voraussichtlich im vierten Quartal 2024 erfolgen, die Inbetriebnahme soll im vierten Quartal 2025 beginnen.

Die Projekt- und Kundennamen werden nicht bekannt gegeben.

Vestas wins 254 MW order in Australia

Vestas has received a 254 MW order to power an undisclosed wind project in Australia. The order consists of 41 V162-6.2 MW wind turbines from the EnVentus platform.

Vestas will also deliver the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of the turbines, as well as a 30-year Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000) service agreement, designed to optimise the performance of the assets.

Delivery of Vestas’ wind turbines is expected to occur in the fourth quarter of 2024, with commissioning to commence in the fourth quarter of 2025.

The project and customer names are undisclosed.
