Der Verkauf des Konverter- und Steuerungsgeschäfts von Vestas ist abgeschlossen und markiert die Übertragung der drei Konverter- und Steuerungsfabriken von Vestas an KK Wind Solutions (KK).

(WK-intern) – Rund 600 der äußerst erfahrenen und qualifizierten Kollegen von Vestas werden KK beitreten.

Nach der Übernahme wird KK zu einem weltweit führenden Anbieter von Umrichtern und Steuerungen für die Windindustrie

Vestas and KK Wind Solutions strengthen partnership with transfer of converters and controls business

The sale of Vestas’ converters and controls business has been completed and marks the transfer of Vestas’ three converters and controls factories to KK Wind Solutions (KK). Around 600 of Vestas’ highly experienced and skilled colleagues will join KK. Following the acquisition, KK becomes a world leader within converter and controls for the wind industry

Vestas continuously looks for partners that can support our strategic focus on our core business and help scale renewables efficiently in the long-term. As part of the partnership between Vestas and KK, KK will exclusively supply converters and control panels to Vestas, and the partnership will further advance with co-development of all future Vestas converters.
