Vestas sichert 48-MW-Auftrag aus italienischer Auktion

(WK-intern) – Vestas hat einen Auftrag über 48 MW für ein Projekt erhalten, das bei der ersten italienischen Auktion im Oktober 2019 vergeben wurde.

Der Auftrag umfasst die Lieferung und Installation von 14 V136-3,45 MW-Windkraftanlagen sowie ein zehnjähriges Active Output Management 4000 (AOM) 4000) Servicevertrag zur Sicherstellung einer optimierten Leistung während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit.

Seit der Installation seiner ersten Turbine in Italien im Jahr 1991 hat Vestas die Windindustrie des Landes mit einer installierten Leistung von über 4,3 GW angeführt und mit einem Marktanteil von 40 Prozent den Hauptbeitrag zum Ausbau der Windenergie geleistet.

Vestas secures 48 MW order from Italian auction

Vestas has received a 48 MW order for a project awarded in the first Italian auction held in October 2019. The contract includes the supply and installation of 14 V136-3.45 MW wind turbines, as well as a ten-year Active Output Management 4000 (AOM 4000) service agreement designed to ensure optimised performance for the lifetime of the project.

Since installing its first turbine in Italy in 1991, Vestas has led the country’s wind industry with over 4.3 GW capacity installed, being the main contributor to the expansion of wind energy with a 40 percent market share.

Turbine delivery will begin in the fourth quarter of 2020 with commissioning scheduled for the first quarter of 2021.

The project and customer are undisclosed.
