Gemäß der Pressemitteilung vom 17. Oktober 2023 hat Ørsted die Veräußerung von 50 % des Offshore-Windparks Gode Wind 3 an von Glennmont Partners aus Nuveen verwaltete Fonds abgeschlossen.

(WK-intern) – Gode Wind 3 hat eine Leistung von 253 MW und wurde 2017 und 2018 als zwei separate Projekte mit einer gewichteten durchschnittlichen Einspeisevergütung von 81 EUR pro MWh an Ørsted vergeben.

Gode Wind 3 befindet sich derzeit neben dem Offshore-Windpark Borkum Riffgrund 3 im Bau, an dem Ørsted und Glennmont bereits jeweils zur Hälfte Eigentümer sind.

Darüber hinaus ist Glennmont Miteigentümer des Offshore-Windparks Gode Wind 1 von Ørsted.

Ørsted completes divestment of 50 % of Gode Wind 3

Further to the press release issued on 17 October 2023, Ørsted has completed the divestment of 50 % of the Gode Wind 3 offshore wind farm to funds managed by Glennmont Partners from Nuveen.

Gode Wind 3 has a capacity of 253 MW and was awarded to Ørsted in 2017 and 2018 as two separate projects with a weighted average feed-in tariff of EUR 81 per MWh. Gode Wind 3 is currently under construction alongside the Borkum Riffgrund 3 Offshore Wind Farm, where Ørsted and Glennmont are already 50/50 owners. Furthermore, Glennmont also co-owns Ørsted’s Gode Wind 1 Offshore Wind Farm.
