First Look Solutions S.R.L., eine Tochtergesellschaft von Rezolv Energy, hat bei Vestas einen 269-MW-Auftrag zur Fertigstellung der zweiten Phase des Windparks Vifor im rumänischen Buzău County erteilt.

(WK-intern) – Sobald beide Phasen vollständig in Betrieb sind, wird das Vifor-Projekt mit einer Gesamtleistung von 461 MW der größte Windpark Rumäniens und einer der größten Onshore-Windparks Europas sein.

Der Auftrag für Phase II umfasst 42 V162-6,4-MW-Turbinen der EnVentus-Plattform.

Vestas übernimmt im Rahmen eines 15-jährigen Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000)-Vertrags auch den langfristigen Service für das Projekt. „Wir freuen uns, mit der Realisierung des größten Windparks des Landes zur Energiewende Rumäniens beizutragen. Vestas ist dank unserer starken lokalen Infrastruktur, darunter fünf Servicezentren und ein regionales Schulungszentrum, weiterhin Marktführer“, erklärt Srdan Cenic, General Manager von Vestas Mediterranean East.

Die Turbinenlieferung für Phase II ist für die zweite Jahreshälfte 2026 geplant, die Inbetriebnahme für die zweite Jahreshälfte 2027. Phase I von Vifor befindet sich derzeit im Bau. Vestas liefert hierfür die komplette Engineering-, Beschaffungs- und Baulösung (EPC) sowie 30 V162-6,4-MW-Turbinen. Vestas spielt seit seinem Markteintritt 2009 eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Förderung der Windenergie in Rumänien. Mit fast 2 GW installierter oder im Bau befindlicher Leistung ist Vestas derzeit der führende OEM für Windenergieanlagen im Land. Vestas signs 269 MW order to complete second phase of Romania’s largest wind farm

First Look Solutions S.R.L., a subsidiary of Rezolv Energy, has placed a 269 MW order with Vestas to complete the second phase of Vifor wind farm in Buzău Country, Romania. Once both phases are fully operational, the Vifor project will become the largest wind farm in Romania and one of the largest onshore wind farms in Europe, with a total capacity of 461 MW.

The phase II order includes 42 V162-6.4 MW turbines of the EnVentus platform. Vestas will also provide long-term service for the project through a 15-year Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000) agreement.

Turbine delivery for phase II is planned for the second half of 2026, with commissioning scheduled for the second half of 2027. Vifor phase I is currently under construction, with Vestas providing full engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) solutions, along with 30 V162-6.4 MW turbines.
