In Partnerschaft mit Tenaris hat Vestas einen Vertrag über 103 MW für das Projekt Buena Ventura in der Provinz Buenos Aires in Argentinien abgeschlossen.

(WK-intern) – Das Projekt umfasst 24 V150-4,2-MW-Windkraftanlagen im 4,3-MW-Betriebsmodus, die Vestas liefern und installieren wird.

Nach Abschluss wird Vestas auch einen 20-jährigen Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000)-Servicevertrag liefern.

Diese Vereinbarung wird die Energieerzeugung optimieren und gleichzeitig langfristige Business-Case-Sicherheit bieten.

Die Turbinenlieferung ist für das dritte Quartal 2022 geplant, während die Inbetriebnahme für das dritte Quartal 2023 erwartet wird.

Vestas leistete mit der Installation der ersten kommerziellen Windkraftanlage des Landes in Neuquén im Jahr 1991 Pionierarbeit auf dem argentinischen Windenergiemarkt und hält mit einem Marktanteil von über 50 Prozent eine führende Position im Land.

Vestas secures 103 MW order with Tenaris in Argentina

In partnership with Tenaris, Vestas has secured a 103 MW deal for the Buena Ventura project in the Province of Buenos Aires, in Argentina.

The project will feature 24 V150-4.2 MW wind turbines in 4.3 MW operating mode which Vestas will supply and install. Upon completion, Vestas will also deliver a 20-year Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000) service agreement. This agreement will optimise energy production while also providing long-term business case certainty.

Turbine delivery is planned for the third quarter of 2022, whilst commissioning is expected for the third quarter of 2023.
