Das Ministerium für Industrie und Bodenschätze gab die Erteilung von 124 neuen Industrielizenzen im Januar 2023 bekannt.

(WK-intern) – Die Lizenzen wurden auf fünf Industriekategorien verteilt, wobei 29 Lizenzen für die Lebensmittelherstellung, 18 Lizenzen für die Produktion von nichtmetallischen Mineralien und 12 erteilt wurden Lizenzen für die Herstellung von Chemikalien und chemischen Produkten, 11 Lizenzen für die Herstellung von Metallprodukten (ohne Maschinen und Ausrüstung) und 8 Lizenzen für die Herstellung von Gummi- und Kunststoffprodukten.

Daten des Ministeriums zeigten auch, dass sich die Investitionen in neue Lizenzen für den Monat Januar 2023 auf 2,4 Milliarden Rial beliefen, wobei kleine Unternehmen 86 % der neuen Industrielizenzen, mittlere Unternehmen 11 % und Kleinstunternehmen 2,5 % erwarben.

Insgesamt halten nationale Fabriken 80 % aller Lizenzen, gefolgt von ausländischen Betrieben, die 10,5 % der Lizenzen halten, und Joint-Investment-Einrichtungen, die 10 % halten.

Nach Angaben des Nationalen Zentrums für Industrie- und Bergbauinformationen des Ministeriums für Januar 2023 belief sich die Zahl der bestehenden Fabriken im Königreich und der im Bau befindlichen Fabriken auf insgesamt 10.633 Fabriken, was Investitionen in Höhe von 1,4 Billionen Rial entspricht.

Davon nahmen 164 Fabriken im Januar 2023 mit einer Investition von 2,7 Milliarden SAR die Produktion auf. Davon entfielen 89 % auf nationale Fabriken, gefolgt von Fabriken in ausländischem Besitz mit 7 % und Gemeinschaftsfabriken mit 4 %. Nichtmetallische Metallfabriken übernahmen mit 32 Fabriken die Führung, gefolgt von 31 Lebensmittelfabriken, 21 Fabriken für Metallerzeugnisse, 18 Gummi- und Kunststofffabriken und 12 Chemiefabriken.

Die im Bericht erwähnten neuen Industrielizenzen wurden auf 12 Verwaltungsregionen verteilt, angeführt von der Region Riad mit 44 Fabriken, gefolgt von Mekka Al-Mukarramah und der Ostprovinz mit 24 Fabriken für jede Region, dann der Region Qassim mit 10 Fabriken. die Region Madinah mit 8 Fabriken, die Region Jizan mit 5 Fabriken und die Region Asir mit 3 Fabriken, die Region Hail mit zwei Fabriken, die Region Northern Borders, Tabuk, Al-Jouf und Najran, mit einer Fabrik für jede Region.

The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources announced the issuance of 124 new industrial licenses during the month of January 2023. The licenses were distributed across five industrial categories, with 29 licenses issued for food manufacturing, 18 licenses issued for non-metallic mineral production, 12 licenses issued for manufacturing chemicals and chemical products, 11 licenses for metal product manufacturing (excluding machinery and equipment), and 8 licenses for the manufacturing of rubber and plastic products.

Data from the Ministry also indicated that investments into new licenses for the month of January 2023 amounted to 2.4 billion riyals, with small businesses acquiring 86% of new industrial licenses, medium-sized enterprises 11%, and micro-sized businesses 2.5%. Overall, national factories hold 80% of all licenses, followed by foreign establishments which hold 10.5% of licenses, and joint investment establishments which hold 10%.

According to data from the Ministry’s National Center for Industrial and Mining Information for January 2023, the number of existing factories in the Kingdom and those under construction totaled 10,633 factories, amounting to 1.4 trillion riyals of investments.
