Zürich – Gurit (SIX Swiss Exchange: GURN) gibt die Ernennung von Viktor Bernhardt zum neuen Chief Financial Officer mit Wirkung zum 1. Dezember 2025 bekannt.

(WK-intern) – Der deutsche Staatsbürger wird die Nachfolge von Javier Perez-Freije antreten, der das Unternehmen wie angekündigt Ende November 2025 verlässt.

Viktor Bernhardt verfügt über mehr als 25 Jahre internationale Finanz- und Führungserfahrung und hatte leitende Positionen in multinationalen Konzernen, Private-Equity-Portfoliounternehmen und Familienunternehmen inne.

Er verfügt über umfangreiche Erfahrung in den Bereichen Unternehmenstransformation, Restrukturierung, M&A-Umsetzung und strategisches Wachstum.

Seine umfassende Erfahrung im Finanzmanagement wird entscheidend dazu beitragen, das Unternehmen durch die nächste Phase zu führen. Gurit ist überzeugt, dass Viktor Bernhardt einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Finanzstrategie und zum Gesamterfolg leisten wird.

Viktor Bernhardt hat einen Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre der TA Wuppertal (Deutschland) und eine Weiterbildung am INSEAD in Fontainebleau (Frankreich) absolviert. Zuletzt war Viktor als CFO der KWC Group tätig.

GURIT ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF VIKTOR BERNHARDT AS ITS NEW CFO

Zurich – Gurit (SIX Swiss Exchange: GURN) is pleased to announce the appointment of Viktor Bernhardt as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective December 1, 2025. Viktor, a German national, will succeed Javier Perez-Freije, who departs by end November 2025 as previously announced.

Viktor brings more than 25 years of international finance and leadership experience, having held senior positions across multinational corporations, private equity portfolio companies, and family-owned businesses. He has an extensive track record in corporate transformation, restructuring, M&A execution, and strategic growth.

His extensive experience in financial management will be instrumental in guiding the company through its next phase. Gurit is confident that Viktor will make significant contributions to its financial strategy and overall success.

Viktor holds a degree in Business Administration from TA Wuppertal (Germany) and completed executive education at INSEAD, Fontainebleau (France). Most recently, Viktor served as CFO of the KWC Group.
