Das Energie- und Marineberatungsunternehmen ABL hat einen neuen Auftrag zur Bereitstellung von Marine Warranty Survey (MWS)-Diensten zur Unterstützung des Offshore-Baus des 315-MW-Offshore-Windparks Windanker von Iberdrola vor der Küste Deutschlands erhalten.

(WK-intern) – ABL Deutschland mit Sitz in Hamburg wird MWS-Dienste zur Unterstützung der Offshore-Transport- und Installationskampagne (T&I) in Bezug auf die Fundamente, Inter-Array-Kabel und Windturbinengeneratoren (WTGs) bereitstellen.

Der Arbeitsumfang umfasst die Bereitstellung einer technischen Expertenprüfung und Genehmigung von Dokumenten, Vorgängen und Schiffen in Bezug auf die garantierten Vermögenswerte.

Das Windanker-Projekt ist ein großer Offshore-Windpark in Deutschland in der Ostsee, etwa 25 Kilometer vor der Küste. Es besteht aus 21 15-MW-WTGs mit einer Gesamtkapazität von 315 MW. Die Installationsarbeiten sind für 2025 und 2026 geplant, die Inbetriebnahme des Projekts ist für Ende 2026 geplant.

Iberdrola hires ABL to oversee Windanker offshore installation work

Energy and marine consultancy ABL has been awarded a new contract to provide marine warranty survey (MWS) services to support the offshore construction of Iberdrola’s 315 MW Windanker offshore wind farm, offshore Germany.

ABL Germany, based in Hamburg, will provide MWS services to support the offshore transportation and installation (T&I) campaign relating to the foundations, inter-array cables and wind turbine generators (WTGs). Its scope of work includes the provision of expert technical review and approval of documents, operations and vessels relating to the warranted assets.

The Windanker project is a major offshore wind farm in Germany located in the Baltic Sea about 25 kilometres offshore. It consists of 21 15MW WTGs, with a combined capacity of 315MW. The installation activities are scheduled for 2025 and 2026, with project commissioning expected by the end of 2026.
