Vestas hat einen 90-MW-Auftrag zur Repowerung eines nicht genannten Windprojekts in den USA erhalten.

(WK-intern) – Der Auftrag umfasst 20 Windkraftanlagen vom Typ V150-4,5 MW.

Der Auftrag umfasst die Lieferung, Lieferung und Inbetriebnahme der Turbinen sowie einen mehrjährigen Servicevertrag für Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000), der eine optimale Leistung der Anlagen gewährleisten soll.

In den USA hat Vestas in den letzten fünf Jahren mehr als 1 GW an Projekten aller großen Turbinenmarken erneuert.

Die Auslieferung der Turbine beginnt im zweiten Quartal 2024, die Inbetriebnahme ist für das vierte Quartal 2024 geplant.

Vestas secures 90 MW repowering order in the USA

Vestas has received a 90 MW order to repower an undisclosed wind project in the USA. The order consists of 20 V150-4.5 MW wind turbines.

The order includes supply, delivery, and commissioning of the turbines, as well as a multi-year Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000) service agreement, designed to ensure optimised performance of the assets.

In the USA, Vestas has repowered more than 1 GW of projects in the last five years across all major turbine brands.

Turbine delivery begins in the second quarter of 2024 with commissioning scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2024.
