(WK-intern) – Ørsted A/S (Ørsted) gibt hiermit gemäß Abschnitt 30, vgl. Abschnitt 38, des dänischen Kapitalmarktgesetzes bekannt, dass Equinor ASA (Equinor) Ørsted heute mitgeteilt hat, dass Equinor am 7. Oktober 2024 seinen Anteil an Ørsted auf über 5 % erhöht hat und dass Equinor nach dieser Erhöhung 41.197.344 Aktien an Ørsted besitzt, was 9,8 % der Stimmrechte und des Aktienkapitals von Ørsted entspricht.

Die in dieser Benachrichtigung enthaltenen Informationen ändern nichts an Ørsteds bisheriger Finanzprognose für das Geschäftsjahr 2024.

Ørsted A/S (Ørsted) hereby announces, in accordance with section 30, cf. section 38, of the Danish Capital Markets Act that Equinor ASA (Equinor) has today notified Ørsted that on 7 October 2024 Equinor increased its shareholding in Ørsted to above 5 % and that following this increase Equinor owns 41,197,344 shares in Ørsted corresponding to 9.8 % of the voting rights and share capital in Ørsted.
