GE Renewable Energy und ACTA MARINE gaben heute die Unterzeichnung eines Liefervertrags über das Chartern eines Service Operation Vessels (SOV) für die Inbetriebnahme von 80 Haliade 150-6 MW-Turbinen am Saint- Offshore-Windpark Nazaire („Parc éolien en mer de Saint-Nazaire“).

• Das Service Operation Vessel wird die Phase der mechanischen Fertigstellung und Inbetriebnahme von GE Wind Turbines beim Bau des Offshore-Windparks Saint-Nazaire unterstützen
• Die Installation wird voraussichtlich im zweiten Quartal 2022 beginnen
• Der Offshore-Windpark Saint-Nazaire wird mit 80 Haliade 150-6MW ausgestattet und hat eine installierte Leistung von 450 MW

(WK-intern) – Das Schiff, ACTA AURIGA, ist im Besitz der niederländischen Reederei ACTA MARINE und wird im zweiten Quartal 2022 im Auftrag von GE Renewable Energy in Betrieb genommen, wenn die Offshore-Windturbineninstallation beginnen soll.

Vom Hafen von Saint-Nazaire aus wird das Schiff bei der mechanischen Fertigstellung und Inbetriebnahme der 80 Haliade 150-6 MW Offshore-Windturbinen, die sich etwa 12 km vor der Küste befinden, helfen.

ACTA AURIGA wird auch sichere Unterkünfte und Transportmöglichkeiten für das Projektpersonal bieten und die Kapazität haben, Güter zu transportieren, die ein  Offshore Windpark benötigt.

Es ist ein wichtiger Meilenstein in der Entwicklung erneuerbarer Energien in Frankreich und ein erster Schritt im Offshore-Windsektor, um Frankreichs Ziele für erneuerbare Energien zu unterstützen. Die Inbetriebnahme soll bis Ende 2022 abgeschlossen sein.

Nantes – France – GE Renewable Energy and ACTA MARINE announced today the signature of a supply contract for the chartering of a Service Operation Vessel (SOV) for the commissioning activities of 80 Haliade 150-6MW turbines at the Saint-Nazaire offshore wind farm (“Parc éolien en mer de Saint-Nazaire”).

The vessel, ACTA AURIGA, is owned and operated by the Dutch shipping company ACTA MARINE, and will start operating on behalf of GE Renewable Energy in the second quarter of 2022, when the offshore wind turbine installation is set to begin. Departing from the Port of Saint-Nazaire, the vessel will assist in the mechanical completion and commissioning of the 80 Haliade 150-6MW offshore wind turbines located approximatively 12km off the coast. ACTA AURIGA will also provide safe accommodation and transportation for the project personnel and will have the capacity to transport goods that are needed offshore.

The Saint-Nazaire offshore windfarm, located off the coast of Saint-Nazaire (FR), is managed by a consortium between EDF Renouvelables and Enbridge, and will be the first commercial wind farm in France. It is a key milestone in the development of renewable energy in France and a first step in the offshore wind sector to support France’s renewable energy goals. Commissioning is due to be completed by the end of 2022.
