Vestas hat einen 104-MW-Auftrag für den Windpark Pinta y Guindalera erhalten, der in Valladolid, Castilla y León, Spanien, errichtet werden soll.

(WK-intern) – Der Vertrag umfasst die Lieferung und Installation von 23 V150-4,5-MW-Windturbinen sowie einen 10-Jahres-Servicevertrag für Active Output Management (AOM 4000).

Der Auftrag wurde vom Erzeuger erneuerbarer Energien Estudios y Proyectos Pradamap, SLU (Grupo Vapat) erteilt.

Das Unternehmen hat 650 MW an Windkraftanlagen entwickelt, die derzeit in Spanien in Betrieb sind. Derzeit entwickelt Grupo Vapat 1.000 MW zusätzliche erneuerbare Kapazität im Land.

Aufbauend auf dem kommerziellen Erfolg der Windkraftanlage V150-4,2 MW liefert die V150-4,5 MW eine gesteigerte jährliche Energieproduktion mit einer erweiterten globalen Marktanwendbarkeit.

Die Lieferung und Inbetriebnahme der Turbine wird für 2023 erwartet.

Das Projekt wird auch von der starken Präsenz von Vestas in Spanien profitieren. Das Unternehmen stellt V150-Blätter in seiner Blattfabrik in Daimiel (Ciudad Real) sowohl für die 4-MW- als auch für die EnVentus-Plattform her. Seit 1991, als Vestas seine erste Windkraftanlage in Spanien installierte, hat das Unternehmen über 5 GW installierte Leistung erreicht, was 130 Windparks im Land entspricht.

Vestas receives 104 MW order in Spain

Vestas has received a 104 MW order for the Pinta y Guindalera wind park, to be located in Valladolid, Castilla y León, Spain. The contract includes the supply and installation of 23 V150-4.5 MW wind turbines, as well as a 10-year Active Output Management (AOM 4000) service agreement.

The order has been placed by renewable energy producer Estudios y Proyectos Pradamap, SLU (Grupo Vapat). The company has developed 650 MW of wind power plants, which are currently in operation in Spain. At present, Grupo Vapat is developing 1,000 MW of additional renewable capacity in the country.

Building on the commercial success of the V150-4.2 MW wind turbine, the V150-4.5 MW delivers an increased annual energy production with an expanded global market applicability.

Turbine delivery and commissioning are expected in 2023.

The project will also benefit from Vestas’ strong footprint in Spain. The company manufactures V150 blades at its blade factory in Daimiel (Ciudad Real), both for the 4 MW and the EnVentus platforms. Since 1991, when Vestas installed its first wind turbine in Spain, the company has achieved over 5 GW of installed capacity, corresponding to 130 wind parks in the country.
