Gamesa Electric unterzeichnet mit der Siemens AG eine strategische Kooperationsvereinbarung über die Nutzung ihrer Proteus-Zentralwechselrichter für PV- und Energiespeicherprojekte

(WK-intern) – Die Vereinbarung zwischen den beiden Unternehmen hat eine globale Reichweite, liefert Geräte international aus den Fabriken von Gamesa Electric auf der ganzen Welt und wird ein erwartetes Volumen im GW-Maßstab pro Jahr haben.

Im Rahmen dieser Vereinbarung kann Siemens seine integrierten Lösungen für Solar- und Speicherprojekte mit Gamesa Electric Proteus-Wechselrichtern für PV- und BESS-Projekte anbieten, Zentralwechselrichter, die sich durch ihre hohe Ausgangsleistung von bis zu 4700 kVA und einen Rekordwirkungsgrad von 99,45 auszeichnen %.

Der Gamesa Electric Proteus-Wechselrichter wurde letzte Woche in München mit dem Intersolar Award 2022 als bestes PV-Produkt des Jahres ausgezeichnet, wobei diese Auszeichnung zum ersten Mal an einen zentralen PV-Wechselrichter vergeben wird.

Dieser Vertrag erhöht die kommerzielle Reichweite von Gamesa Electric Proteus-Produkten und seinen Umsatz und ermöglicht es dem Unternehmen, seine hohen Standards für den Kundensupport in seinen aktuellen Märkten aufrechtzuerhalten. Juan Barandiaran, Managing Director von Gamesa Electric, betont den Wert dieser Allianz und erklärt: „Diese Vereinbarung stärkt die globale Marketingstrategie für unsere Gamesa Electric Proteus-Serie und ermöglicht es uns, den Marktanteil durch unsere strategischen Partner mit globaler Reichweite wie Siemens AG zu erhöhen“.

Die Vertreter beider Unternehmen besiegelten den Pakt bei einem Treffen, das am Donnerstag, den 12. Mai auf der Messe Intersolar Europe 2022 in München stattfand.

Gamesa Electric signs with Siemens AG a strategic cooperation agreement on the utilization of its Proteus central inverters for PV and Energy Storage projects

The agreement between the two companies has a global reach, supplying equipment internationally from Gamesa Electric’s factories around the world, and will have an expected volume of GW scale per year. Under this agreement, Siemens will be able to provide its integrated solutions for solar and storage projects with Gamesa Electric Proteus inverters for PV and BESS projects, central inverters that are featured by their high-power output of up to 4700kVA and a record efficiency of 99.45%. The Gamesa Electric Proteus inverter has been recognized last week in Munich with the Intersolar Award 2022 as the best PV product of the year, being the first time that this award is given to a central PV inverter.

This contract increases the commercial reach of Gamesa Electric Proteus products and its sales, while enabling the company to maintain its high standards for customer support in its current markets. The representatives of both companies sealed the pact in a meeting that took place on Thursday 12th of May at the Intersolar Europe 2022 exhibition in Munich.
