Share capital and total number of voting rights ultimo May 2020

(WK-intern) – As announced on 6 May 2020, Vestas Wind Systems A/S has completed a capital reduction of nominally DKK 1,977,848 representing 1,977,848 shares of nominally DKK 1 each in connection with cancellation of treasury shares.

In accordance with section 32 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Vestas Wind Systems A/S is required to disclose the total number of voting rights and the size of the share capital in the company no later than at the end of the month in which the changes have taken place.

As at 29 May 2020, Vestas Wind Systems A/S has a share capital of nominally DKK 196,924,115. The share capital consists of one share class, and each share of DKK 1 carries one vote, corresponding to a total number of voting rights of 196,924,115.
