Reduction of share capital in Vestas Wind Systems A/S by cancellation of treasury shares

(WK-intern) – Am 7. April 2020 nahm die Jahreshauptversammlung von Vestas Wind Systems A / S den Vorschlag an, das Grundkapital von Vestas um nominal 1.977.848 DKK zu reduzieren, indem 1.977.848 Aktien aus dem Besitz eigener Aktien von Vestas gestrichen wurden.

Die Herabsetzung des Grundkapitals wurde heute abgeschlossen und registriert.

Nach der Reduzierung beträgt das Grundkapital von Vestas Wind Systems A / S nominal 196.924.115 DKK, was 196.924.115 Aktien von je 1 DKK entspricht.

On 7 April 2020, the Annual General Meeting of Vestas Wind Systems A/S adopted the proposal to reduce Vestas‘ share capital by nominally DKK 1,977,848 by cancelling 1,977,848 shares from Vestas’ holding of treasury shares. The reduction of the share capital has been completed and registered today.

After the reduction, Vestas Wind Systems A/S‘ share capital amounts to nominally DKK 196,924,115, corresponding to 196,924,115 shares of DKK 1 each.
