(WK-intern) – Opoura bietet seit fast 20 Jahren Lösungen und Software für die Windenergiebranche an und startet mit einer erheblichen Investition in seine OneView®-Software neue Solarprojekte.

Da immer mehr Kunden ihre Energieportfolios diversifizieren, wird eine einheitliche Lösung, die sowohl Wind- als auch Solarenergie nahtlos verbindet, immer wichtiger, so Opouras CEO Thomas Bagger.

SILKEBORG, DÄNEMARK –  Opoura, ein führendes dänisches Energiemanagementunternehmen, hat massiv in ein umfassendes Upgrade seiner OneView®-Anlagenmanagement-Software investiert. Die Plattform wurde für gemischte Anlagenportfolios entwickelt und bietet verbesserte Überwachung, Steuerung, Analyse und Berichterstattung für Wind-, Solar- und Wasserkraftwerke.

Der erneute Fokus auf Solarenergie fällt in eine Zeit, in der der PV-Markt stark an Dynamik gewinnt. Laut dem Jahresbericht von SolarPower Europe machte Solarenergie im Jahr 2024 mehr als 80 % aller weltweit neu zugebauten Kapazitäten für erneuerbare Energien aus. Mit der Expansion der Kunden in den Solarbereich wächst auch ihr Bedarf an fortschrittlichen Überwachungstools und Steuerungssoftware. Dies stellt neue Anforderungen an Softwareanbieter wie Opoura. Opoura bets big on solar with major investment in monitoring software

With almost 20 years of providing solutions and software to the wind energy industry, Opoura sets sail on new solar ventures with a significant investment in their OneView® software. As more customers diversify their energy portfolios, having a unified solution that works seamlessly across both wind and solar is becoming essential, says CEO at Opoura, Thomas Bagger.

SILKEBORG, DENMARK – August 19, 2025 – Opoura, a Denmark-based leader in energy management, has invested heavily in a major upgrade of its OneView® asset management software. Designed to support mixed-asset portfolios, the platform offers enhanced monitoring, control, analytics, and reporting across wind, solar, and hydropower plants.

The renewed focus on solar comes at a time when the PV market is gaining strong momentum. In 2024, solar made up more than 80% of all new global renewable capacity additions, according to SolarPower Europe’s annual report. And as customers expand into the solar space, their need for advanced monitoring tools and control software grows in parallel, placing new demands on software providers like Opoura. Thomas Bagger, CEO at Opoura, explains:
