Unter Leitung des Frankfurter Partners Dr. Torsten Rosenboom hat die globale Wirtschaftskanzlei Hogan Lovells die GP JOULE Projekt GmbH & Co. KG beim Verkauf einer 40-prozentigen Beteiligung am Windpark Bierbergen an den Investment- und Asset-Manager KGAL beraten.

(WK-intern) – Der von GP JOULE mitentwickelte Windpark Bierbergen in Niedersachsen wird aus fünf Windenergieanlagen bestehen und eine geplante Gesamtkapazität von 28 MW erreichen.

Die Beteiligung ist bereits das vierte gemeinsame Projekt von GP JOULE und KGAL im Windenergiesektor und unterstreicht das Engagement beider Unternehmen für die Energiewende.
