New Albea wird Lizenznehmer von TactoTek® und erweitert damit die IMSE®-Produktionskapazität und erhöht die Funktionalität der IMSE-Lösungen

(WK-intern) – Oulu, Finnland und Seelbach, Deutschland – TactoTek, der weltweit führende Anbieter von In-Mold Structural Electronics (IMSE®)-Technologie, hat eine Lizenzvereinbarung mit New Albea geschlossen, die die Design- und Fertigungskapazitäten für IMSE-Lösungen erweitert und den Funktionsumfang der IMSE-Lösungen erhöht.

New Albea ist ein zuverlässiger Zulieferer für die Automobil-, Unterhaltungselektronik- und Telekommunikationsbranche mit fortschrittlichen Film Insert Molding- (FIM) und Präzisionsfertigungskapazitäten.

IMSE-Lösungen integrieren Elektronik, Mechanik und kosmetische Oberflächen in leichte, dünne Einzelteile, die mithilfe effizienter Folieneinlegeformung hergestellt werden. Dynamische Beleuchtung, reaktionsschnelle Touch-Bedienelemente, Sensoren und Konnektivität sind häufig in IMSE-Teile integriert. IMSE-Teile werden mithilfe sauberer additiver Verfahren hergestellt und können die Treibhausgasemissionen im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen Elektronikdesigns um bis zu 65 % reduzieren.

New Albea is a trusted supplier to automotive, home electronics, and telecommunications industries, with advanced Film Insert Molding (FIM) and precision manufacturing capabilities. The company is a full-service provider from design and toolmaking to all IMSE production processes including decorative and electronics printing, thermoforming, and injection molding.

IMSE parts are produced using clean additive processes and can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by up to 65% relative to conventional electronics designs.
