Transaktionen im Zusammenhang mit dem Aktienrückkaufprogramm 6.-12. Februar 2025

(WK-intern) – Vestas hat die Einleitung eines Aktienrückkaufprogramms angekündigt, siehe Unternehmensmitteilung Nr. 03/2025.

Das Programm wird gemäß der Verordnung Nr. 596/2014 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 16. April 2014 über Marktmissbrauch (MAR) und der delegierten Verordnung (EU) 2016/1052 der Kommission vom 8. März 2016 (die „Safe Harbour“-Regeln) umgesetzt.

Im Rahmen des Programms wird Vestas im Zeitraum vom 6. Februar 2025 bis zum 28. März 2025 Aktien im Wert von bis zu 746 Mio. DKK (ca. 100 Mio. EUR) zurückkaufen. Im Rahmen des Programms wurden im Zeitraum vom 6. Februar bis zum 12. Februar 2025 folgende Transaktionen durchgeführt: Einzelheiten zu allen Transaktionen im Zusammenhang mit dem Aktienrückkaufprogramm während des Zeitraums sind im beigefügten Anhang aufgeführt.

Transactions in connection with share buy-back programme 6-12 February 2025

Vestas announced the initiation of a share buy-back programme, ref. Company Announcement No. 03/2025. The programme is implemented in accordance with Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR) and the Commission’s delegated regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of 8 March 2016 (the „Safe Harbour” rules).

Under the programme, Vestas will buy back shares for an amount up to DKK 746m (approx. EUR 100m) in the period from 6 February 2025 to 28 March 2025.

The following transactions have been made under the programme during the period 6 February to 12 February 2025:
