NeXtWind, ein führendes Unternehmen für erneuerbare Energien, hat Lisa-Sophie Kleiss mit Wirkung zum 1. Juli 2025 zum Chief Financial Officer ernannt.

(WK-intern) – Als erste CFO des Unternehmens wird Kleiss den wachsenden Corporate-Finance-Bereich von NeXtWind verantworten und zur Erreichung der ehrgeizigen Finanzziele des Unternehmens beitragen.

Mit dieser strategischen Verstärkung des Führungsteams positioniert sich NeXtWind für die nächste Wachstumsphase und unterstreicht sein Engagement für operative Exzellenz und solide Finanzverwaltung.

Kleiss kommt von der Axel Springer SE zu NeXtWind, wo sie seit 2019 verschiedene Führungspositionen innehatte, zuletzt als Senior Vice President Corporate Controlling & Development. In dieser Position war sie für die Finanzplanung und -analyse des Konzerns, die Durchführung strategischer Großprojekte und die Umsetzung transformativer Initiativen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Private-Equity-Investoren KKR und CPPIB verantwortlich. Sie begann ihre Karriere bei Deloitte mit Schwerpunkten auf Geschäftstransformation und Business Process Outsourcing. Später sammelte sie während ihrer Tätigkeit bei der Boston Consulting Group umfassende Erfahrung in der Leitung branchenübergreifender Großtransformationsprojekte.

NeXtWind appoints Lisa-Sophie Kleiss as new CFO

Kleiss joins NeXtWind from Axel Springer SE where she held various senior leadership positions since 2019, most recently as Senior Vice President Corporate Controlling & Development. In this position, she was responsible for group financial planning and analysis, the execution of large-scale strategic projects, and the implementation of transformative initiatives in close collaboration with private equity investors KKR and CPPIB. She began her career at Deloitte, focusing on business transformation and business process outsourcing. She later gained extensive experience in leading large-scale transformation projects across industries during her tenure at Boston Consulting Group.
