Flying Fish Maritime Innovations B.V., ein niederländischer Pionier für digitale maritime Technologie und Beratung, gab am 7. Mai 2025 eine Minderheitsbeteiligung von CPAC Systems AB, einer Tochtergesellschaft der Volvo Group, bekannt.

CPAC Systems (Schweden) ist auf die Entwicklung fortschrittlicher Steuerungs- und Automatisierungssysteme für die Schifffahrts-, Bau- und Nutzfahrzeugindustrie spezialisiert. Für das Flying Fish-Team markiert dieser Schritt den Beginn einer umfassenderen strategischen Partnerschaft, die darauf abzielt, Umsatzwachstum, Produktinnovation, Industrialisierung und Teamentwicklung zu beschleunigen.
Flying Fish wurde 2018 in Delft gegründet und hat sich mit seinen integrierten Software- und Hardwarelösungen einen hervorragenden Ruf erworben. Das Angebot reicht von fortschrittlichen Flottenmanagement-Algorithmen für die gemeinsame Wassermobilität über einen modularen elektrischen Antriebsstrang bis hin zu Plug-and-Play-Tragflügelboot-Technologie – alles auf Nachhaltigkeit und Betriebseffizienz ausgelegt.

Flying Fish Maritime Innovations B.V., a Dutch pioneer in digital maritime technology and advice, announced a minority investment from CPAC Systems AB, a subsidiary of the Volvo Group, on May 7th, 2025. CPAC Systems (Sweden) is specialized in developing advanced control and automation systems for marine, construction and commercial vehicle industries. For the Flying Fish team, this step marks the beginning of a broader strategic partnership aimed at accelerating sales growth, product innovation, industrialization, and team development.
