GURIT SCHLIESST WICHTIGEN LANGFRISTIGEN LIEFERVERTRAG MIT EINEM FÜHRENDEN WINDENERGIEHERSTELLER AB

(WK-intern) – Gurit (SIX Swiss Exchange: GURN) gibt heute einen bedeutenden neuen langfristigen Liefervertrag für Kernmaterial-Kits mit einem der weltweit führenden Windkraftanlagenhersteller bekannt.

Dieser wegweisende Vertrag sichert die kontinuierliche Lieferung für die nächsten fünf Jahre und bietet beiden Parteien eine planbare und nachhaltige Geschäftsperspektive.

Erwartet werden Nettoumsätze von rund 250 Millionen CHF für Gurit über die gesamte Laufzeit, abhängig von der Nachfrage des Herstellers.

Diese Vereinbarung stärkt Gurits globale Führungsposition im Bereich technischer Kernlösungen für die Windenergie und ist der erste Großauftrag für die Lieferung von Kern-Kits mit der Gurit OptiCore-Technologie. Gurits Engagement für Innovation und die Ausrichtung auf langfristige Zusammenarbeit werden die Ziele des Kunden zur Reduzierung des Rotorblattgewichts weiter voranbringen und zu einer verbesserten Fertigungseffizienz sowie reduzierten Gesamtbetriebskosten beitragen. Der Vertrag nutzt Gurits globale Präsenz und umfasst Abnahmeverpflichtungen für Offshore- und Onshore-Plattformen in verschiedenen Regionen.

GURIT ANNOUNCES MAJOR NEW LONG-TERM SUPPLY AGREEMENT WITH A LEADING WIND OEM

Gurit (SIX Swiss Exchange: GURN) today announces a major new long-term supply agreement for core material kits with one of the world’s leading Wind Turbine OEMs. This landmark contract will ensure continuous deliveries for the next five years – providing a predictable and sustained business outlook for both parties. It is expected to generate approximately CHF 250 million in net sales for Gurit over the full period, subject to the OEM’s demand situation.

This agreement reinforces Gurit’s global leadership in engineered core solutions for wind energy and marks the first major contract based on the supply of core kits utilizing the Gurit OptiCore technology. Gurit’s commitment to innovation and focus on long-term collaboration will continue to advance the customer’s blade weight reduction goals, contributing to improved manufacturing efficiencies and a reduced total cost of ownership.
