Dezember 2018 Das inhabergeführte Familienunternehmen Ebert Erneuerbare Energien hat den Windpark Grohnde-Kirchohsen in Betrieb genommen. Seit Anfang November drehen sich alle acht Rotoren der Windenergieanlagen des Typs Vestas V-136 auf einer Nabenhöhe von 149,0 m. Die installierte Gesamtleistung beträgt 27,6 Megawatt. Das schwierige Projekt war geprägt durch Projektverzögerungen und Gesetzesänderungen. So wurde noch vor dem Baubeginn das EEG 2017 mit einer Verringerung der Windstromvergütung eingeführt.
