Grundkapital und Gesamtzahl der Stimmrechte zum 29. Mai 2026

(WK-intern) – Gemäß § 32 des dänischen Kapitalmarktgesetzes ist Vestas Wind Systems A/S (das Unternehmen) verpflichtet, die Gesamtzahl der Stimmrechte sowie die Höhe des Grundkapitals des Unternehmens spätestens bis zum Ende des Monats offenzulegen, in dem die Änderungen eingetreten sind.

Auf der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung des Unternehmens am 8. April 2026 beschlossen die Aktionäre, das Grundkapital des Unternehmens durch die Einziehung eigener Aktien herabzusetzen.

Die Kapitalherabsetzung wurde am 8. Mai 2026 endgültig vollzogen und bei der dänischen Wirtschaftsbehörde registriert.

Zum 29. Mai 2026 stellen sich die Anzahl der Aktien, das Grundkapital und die Anzahl der Stimmen wie folgt dar:

Anzahl der Stimmen: 19.911.229.200
Grundkapital (DKK): 199.112.292,00

Share capital and total number of voting rights as at 29 May 2026

In accordance with section 32 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Vestas Wind Systems A/S (the Company) is required to disclose the total number of voting rights and the size of the share capital in the Company no later than at the end of the month in which the changes have taken place.

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 8 April 2026, the shareholders decided to decrease the Company’s share capital by cancellation of treasury shares. The capital decrease was finally completed and registered with the Danish Business Authority on 8 May 2026.

As at 29 May 2026, the number of shares, share capital, and number of votes are as shown below:
