Mikko Soirola übernimmt die Position des CEO bei Elisa Industriq und leitet die nächste internationale Wachstumsphase.

(WK-intern) – Elisa Industriq begrüßt heute Mikko Soirola als neuen CEO.

Dies ist ein wichtiger Schritt für das schnell wachsende internationale Softwareunternehmen innerhalb der Elisa-Gruppe.

Seine Ernennung erfolgt im Zuge der nächsten Phase der globalen Expansion, der Stärkung der Marke und der tieferen Integration der spezialisierten Softwareeinheiten von Elisa Industriq.

Soirola verfügt über umfassende Erfahrung in der Führung wachstumsorientierter Softwareunternehmen. Zuletzt war er bei Finago und Accountor Software tätig, wo er mehrere nordische Softwareunternehmen unter einer einheitlichen Marke und einem gemeinsamen Betriebsmodell zusammenführte. Seine Expertise umfasst internationale Märkte, operative Führung und die Unterstützung von Unternehmen beim Wachstum durch eine starke Unternehmenskultur, Transparenz und Kundenorientierung.

Eine Führungskraft, geleitet von Sinn, Werten und einem klaren Ziel

Soirola kommentierte seine im Februar bekanntgegebene Ernennung wie folgt:

Beschleunigung einer bereits starken Wachstumsplattform

In den vergangenen Jahren hat Elisa Industriq ein starkes Portfolio an Softwarelösungen aufgebaut, um Kunden in der Fertigungs-, Telekommunikations- und Energiebranche zu unterstützen. Nach Abschluss der ersten Wachstumsphase konzentriert sich das Unternehmen nun auf die internationale Expansion, die tiefere Integration seiner Geschäftsbereiche und die Steigerung der globalen Markenbekanntheit.

Soirola folgt auf Henri Korpi, der nach acht Jahren, in denen er Elisa Industriq zu einer internationalen Softwareeinheit mit einem Umsatz von 150 Millionen Euro ausgebaut hat, zum Leiter des Geschäftsbereichs Consumer Customers von Elisa ernannt wurde.

Mit seiner Ernennung wird Soirola zum 30. März 2026 auch Mitglied des Vorstands von Elisa.

Verstärkung des Führungsteams

Elisa Industriq hat sein Führungsteam kürzlich mit mehreren Neubesetzungen verstärkt, um die nächste Phase des internationalen Wachstums zu unterstützen. Neben Mikko Soirola als CEO wurden folgende Personen ernannt:

Jorma Niemelä als Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Americo Mazzotta als Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Elisa Industriq today welcomes Mikko Soirola as its new CEO, marking an important step for the fast‑growing international software business within the Elisa Group. His appointment comes as Elisa Industriq advances into its next phase of global expansion, brand strengthening, and deeper integration of its specialized software units.

Soirola brings extensive experience leading growth‑oriented software organizations, most recently at Finago and Accountor Software, where he unified multiple Nordic software companies under a single brand and operating model. His background spans international markets, operational leadership, and helping organizations scale through strong culture, clarity, and customer centricity.

Accelerating an already strong growth platform

Over the past few years, Elisa Industriq has built a strong portfolio of software solutions to support customers in the manufacturing, telecommunications, and energy sectors. Having concluded its initial growth phase, the company is now focused on scaling internationally, driving deeper integration across its businesses, and increasing global brand visibility.

Soirola succeeds Henri Korpi, who was appointed to lead Elisa’s Consumer Customers business after eight years of building Elisa Industriq into a €150 million international software unit.

With his appointment, Soirola also becomes a member of Elisa’s Corporate Executive Board effective March 30, 2026.

Elisa Industriq has recently reinforced its leadership team with several new appointments supporting its next phase of international growth. In addition to welcoming Mikko Soirola as CEO, the company has appointed:
