Die Hauptversammlung der Vestas Wind Systems A/S (das Unternehmen) hat am 8. April 2026 den Vorschlag zur Kapitalherabsetzung um nominal 2.861.160,00 DKK durch Einziehung von 14.305.800 eigenen Aktien beschlossen.

(WK-intern) – Die Kapitalherabsetzung wurde heute abgeschlossen und beim dänischen Handelsregister eingetragen.

Nach der Herabsetzung beträgt das Aktienkapital des Unternehmens nominal 199.112.292,00 DKK, entsprechend 995.561.460 Aktien zu je 0,20 DKK.

Die Herabsetzung des zum Handel zugelassenen Aktienkapitals und die offizielle Notierung an der Nasdaq Copenhagen wurden mit schnellstmöglicher Wirkung beantragt.

Reduction of share capital in Vestas Wind Systems A/S by cancellation of treasury shares

On 8 April 2026, the Annual General Meeting of Vestas Wind Systems A/S (the Company) adopted the proposal to reduce the Company’s share capital by nominally DKK 2,861,160.00 by cancelling 14,305,800 shares from the Company’s holding of treasury shares. The reduction of the share capital has been completed and registered with the Danish Business Authority today.

After the reduction, the Company’s share capital amounts to nominally DKK 199,112,292.00, corresponding to 995,561,460 shares of DKK 0.20 each.

The decrease of the share capital admitted to trading and official listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen has been sought executed with effect as soon as possible.
