November 2015 Werbung Deutsche Bank unterstützt erste Projektanleihe für Offshore-Windpark (WK-intern) - Der Unternehmensbereich Global Transaction Banking der Deutschen Bank ist Project Agent, Sicherheitentreuhänder, Zahlstelle, kontoführende Bank und Registrierstelle für die Akquisitionsfinanzierung des Offshore-Windparks Gode Wind 1 in Deutschland. Das Projekt umfasst 55 Windkraftanlagen, die 33 Kilometer nordwestlich von Norderney errichtet werden. Mit einer Gesamtleistung von 330 Megawatt wird dieser Windpark genug Strom produzieren, um etwa 340.000 Haushalte zu versorgen. Gemeinsam mit dem Schwesterprojekt Gode Wind 2 entsteht der größte Offshore-Windpark Deutschlands. Der Eigentümer von Gode Wind 1, Dong Energy, hat dem Verkauf von 50 Prozent der Anteile an dem Greenfield-Offshore-Windpark an den unabhängigen Infrastrukturfondsmanager Global Infrastructure
