September 2012 Werbung (WK-intern) - OFFSHORE INDUSTRIE SERVICE GMBH und PALFINGER SYSTEMS GMBH schließen Kooperationsvertrag. Im September 2012 haben die Unternehmen OIS Offshore Industrie Service GmbH und Palfinger systems GmbH einen weitreichenden Kooperationsvertrag für die Produktsparten Ship systems und Offshore systems abgeschlossen. Die OIS GmbH ergänzt damit die Vertriebsaktivitäten der Palfinger systems GmbH für vorgenannte Produkte in den Regionen Deutschland, Polen, Skandinavien und Benelux. OIS und Palfinger systems arbeiten seit zwei Jahren zusammen, um Produkte aus dem Schiffs- und Öl-/Gassektor auf die Anforderungen von Offshore Windparks, und hierbei insbesondere für größere Stahlkonstruktionen, wie Transformer Stationen zu adaptieren.
