European offshore wind developers join forces with the Carbon Trust to slash costs of offshore wind (WK-intern) - The Carbon Trust today revealed details of a new European phase of its world-leading collaborative research, development and demonstration (RD&D) programme - the Offshore Wind Accelerator (OWA).
