Am 12. August 2026 gab Vestas den Start eines Aktienrückkaufprogramms bekannt (siehe Unternehmensmitteilung Nr. 46/2026).

(WK-intern) – Das Programm wird gemäß der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 596/2014 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 16. April 2014 über Marktmissbrauch (MAR) sowie der Delegierten Verordnung (EU) 2016/1052 der Kommission (der sogenannten „Safe-Harbour-Verordnung“) durchgeführt.

Vor Beginn des Aktienrückkaufs hielt Vestas 14.228.701 eigene Aktien, was 1,4 Prozent des Grundkapitals entspricht.

Im Rahmen des Programms wird Vestas im Zeitraum vom 13. August 2026 bis spätestens 16. Dezember 2026 Aktien im Wert von bis zu 3.000 Mio. DKK (ca. 400 Mio. EUR) zurückkaufen.

Im Zeitraum vom 3. bis 9. September 2026 wurden im Rahmen des Programms folgende Transaktionen durchgeführt:

Transactions in connection with share buy-back programme 3-9 September 2026

On 12 August 2026, Vestas announced the initiation of a share buy-back programme, cf. Company Announcement No. 46/2026. The programme is implemented in accordance with Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR) and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 (the „Safe Harbour Regulation”).

Prior to the share buy-back, Vestas held 14,228,701 treasury shares, equal to 1.4 percent of the share capital.

Under the programme, Vestas will buy back shares for an amount up to DKK 3,000m (approx. EUR 400m) in the period from 13 August 2026 and until no later than 16 December 2026.
