(WK-intern) – Die französischen schwimmende Offshore-Fundamente erfreut sich zweier erfahrenen Fachleuten dieser Technik bekannt geben zu können.
Ideol strengthens its international growth and recruits two experienced professionals for Japan and Northern Europe
The French floating foundation specialist Ideol is pleased to announce the appointment of two experienced professionals : Ole Stobbe and Mutsumi Yamada.
Ole Stobbe is appointed Business Development Manager for Northern Europe and Mutsumi Yamada is appointed Country Manager for Japan, bringing extensive offshore wind development, utility and EPC experience to Ideol’s sales and marketing team lead by Bruno Geschier.
Ole brings along a degree in mechanical engineering and all the experience from working in offshore wind for 13 years in a number of roles developing and realizing German (Butendiek with Airtrcity, Horizont with Mainstream Renewable Power) and UK (Blyth with Hochtief, Neart na Gaoithe with Mainstream Renewable Power) offshore wind farms.
Mutsumi Yamada brings over 17 years of experience in the Japanese energy and electrical power industry sectors. He started his career with Chubu Electric Power Company then joined Emerson Electric Company to start and manage the Japanese activities of Control Techniques, a division specialized in variable speed drives, power conversion technologies, and power units for PV (Solar-Power). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Kwansei Gakuin University (Nishinomiya – Japan) and an MBA from the Trinity College Dublin (Ireland).
These nominations will further accelerate Ideol’s international development as well as contribute to the company’s strategy to provide the best possible local support to its existing partners and clients, wherever they may be on the globe.
Ideol has already doubled in size since January 2015, with 90% of its staff of 60 being engineers. 2015 has seen the signature of IDEOL’s first commercial contract in Japan, the signature of an agreement in Taiwan, the final touches to France’s first offshore wind project as well as IDEOL’s proactive involvement in pre-commercial projects in France and abroad.
